Chocolate covered Cream Cheese Mints

6 C powdered sugar
6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 T butter or margarine, room temperature
2 t vanilla flavoring
Dipping chocolate

These are made the same way as the peanut butter balls. You can add mint extract instead of vanilla and green food coloring if you want a variety, though not a personal favorite.
