Crispy Baked Chili Chicken

I have made this a couple times and Russ and I just LOVE it!



Prep Time:10 min
Total Time:30 min
Makes:2 servings

-2 Tbsp. (about 1/4 pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
-1 tsp. chili powder
-1/4 tsp. garlic powder
-2 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1/2 lb.)

PREHEAT oven to 425ºF. Mix coating mix, chili and garlic powder. Use to coat chicken as directed on package.

PLACE on baking sheet.

BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is cooked through
